일정표

Day 1
Ulaanbaatar to the Mini Gobi
Leave Ulaanbaatar in the morning and travel west across Mongolia's vast steppe towards Elsen Tasarkhai, often called the “Mini Gobi.” The dunes form part of the approximately 80-km-long Mongol Els dune system, where sandy landscapes meet grassland and rocky mountains. After arriving, settle into your traditional ger accommodation and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, explore the dunes on foot, climbing the sandy slopes for views across the surrounding countryside. You will also meet local herders and experience riding a camel, an animal traditionally associated with Mongolia's desert regions. Return to the ger camp for a warm dinner and your first night in a traditional Mongolian ger. Driving: Approx. 250 km

Day 2
Kharkhorin & Tsenkher Hot Springs
After breakfast, travel to Kharkhorin, near the site of Karakorum, the 13th-century capital of the Mongol Empire. Learn about this important period of Mongolian history at the Kharkhorin Museum, where archaeological discoveries help illustrate life in the former imperial capital. Visit Erdene Zuu Monastery, founded in the 16th century and considered Mongolia's earliest surviving Buddhist monastery. Walk among its temples and stupas while learning about the country's Buddhist traditions and religious history. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue into the greener landscapes of Arkhangai Province to Tsenkher Hot Springs. The geothermal water emerges from the ground at around 86°C before being cooled for bathing. In the evening, relax in the outdoor hot pools surrounded by mountains and countryside. Driving: Approx. 240 km Accommodation: Ger camp near Tsenkher Hot Springs

Day 3
Ugii Lake
Enjoy a relaxed morning with another opportunity to soak in the hot pools before breakfast and departure for Ugii Lake. This peaceful freshwater lake is surrounded by open steppe and is particularly known for its birdlife. Numerous migratory and resident waterbirds can be observed in the area depending on the season, making the lakeshore an excellent place for quiet walks, photography and enjoying Mongolia's wide-open landscapes. After arrival, spend the afternoon at a local herder family's home, where you can see aspects of everyday nomadic life and learn more about livestock, ger living and rural traditions. The pace today is deliberately slower, giving you time to relax after the previous days of travelling. Enjoy dinner with your hosts and spend the night in a traditional ger. Driving: Approx. 120 km Accommodation: Ger stay with a local herder family
숙박: Nomadic family
Day 4
Chinggis Khan Statue & Terelj National Park
After breakfast, begin the longer journey east towards the Chinggis Khan Equestrian Statue. Standing approximately 40 metres high, the stainless-steel monument depicts Chinggis Khan on horseback and dominates the surrounding steppe. Visit the museum inside the complex to learn more about Mongolian history and culture. You can also try traditional Mongolian costumes and climb to the viewing platform for panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Continue into the Terelj National Park, where open valleys, forested hills and distinctive granite rock formations create a landscape very different from the dunes and lakes of the previous days. Settle into your ger camp and enjoy dinner surrounded by the scenery of Terelj. Driving: Approx. 350 km Accommodation: Traditional ger camp in Terelj National Park
숙박: Ger camp
Day 5
Terelj National Park & Return to Ulaanbaatar
Begin your final day with approximately one hour of horse riding through the valleys of Terelj. Riding remains an important part of Mongolian culture and offers a memorable way to experience the national park's open landscape. Continue to the Turtle Rock, one of Terelj's best-known natural landmarks, named for the distinctive shape created by its huge granite formations. From there, hike uphill to the Aryabal Meditation Temple, a peaceful Buddhist retreat built into the mountainside. The walk includes steps and a gradual climb, rewarded with views over the surrounding valley and forested hills. After exploring Terelj, stop for lunch at a local ger café before driving back to Ulaanbaatar. You will be dropped off at your accommodation, marking the end of your five-day journey through central Mongolia. Driving: Approx. 70–100 km, depending on the route and drop-off location
